Concept: Create a portable day and night activity for a regional Burning Man event in the woods. Gnome Mini golf consists of 6 miniature golf holes, with figures painted in black light reflective paint. A kiosk greets participants with self serve instructions, clubs, balls, score cards and miniature pencils. The course features 3 straight holes, one with working Loop-de-Loop. One hole features a T shaped design with a hole at either side, and the other is an L shape. Astroturf creates the green, and real tee pads help golfers line up their shot.
Grant Information: This project came to life through a grant from the Firefly Arts Collective in 2013 and first appeared at the Firefly Arts Festival in Vermont in July of 2013.

Mysterious gnomes and dangerous yetis glow in the woods at night. Black light flashlights were strategically placed on the wood framing to light the course without an electrical hook up.
